    IE8 Crashes/Won't Run

I'm running the Windows 7 32bit Beta and I haven't been able to use Internet Explorer 8.

Every time I open it it crashes or, after navigating to a website, it crashes shortly after. Another fun thing it does is that when I'm using Windows Live Messenger and click to go to my inbox it opens internet explorer, shows an error message and then IE starts opening up new instances of the browser in an infinite loop. Happens every time I access IE from Live Messenger. I have to just turn off the computer to get it to stop.

Luckily I have been using Firefox. But I'd like to know what's up with IE8 and if anyone else has had this problem or has any suggestions.

    Thanks!

I found the same but seemed to run fine for anything from 1 min to 10 mins navigating pages then it would hang and I had to reboot?

Try resetting IE to see if it works. It might be a bad add-on. Start IE in "Internet Explorer (no add-ons)"/Safe mode. Start menu-Accessories-System Tools-Internet Explorer(no add-ons)

    Internet Explorer - Reset

Thanks Airbot that did the trick.
Must have just been some incompatible add ons. I disabled a few and it runs fine now, no crashes. Also works after being accessed from Windows Live Messenger.

    Thanks again.
