    I'm trying to send a snipped image to someone and I enlarged it with ACDsee Photo Manager 2009. If I send it as an attachment it has extra pictures in it from my computer if you use the mouse wheel. If I send it as a photo attachment it has 20 pieces of data. So I was told to use SkyDrive and I have the image on SkyDrive but how do I mail it to someone?

    You can right click on the file and choose to Share and then it will let you generate an email.

    Better yet, after you click on Share, you can choose Get a Link and you can email them a hyperlink which provides them direct access without using email at all.

I'm just wondering...you can't really get much for free these days - not without a catch, anyway. So how can MS afford to give people 25 GB of free SkyDrive storage? That's a LOT of free storage! What's in it for them? If the uploaded files are encrypted, then there shouldn't be any way MS could...

im trying to upload some icons ive zipped the file which is 13.40 mb and uploaded it to my skydrive i have set permissions to "everyone public" but what do i do now how do i post the link to it,i have never used skydrive before so am a bit stuck.any help would be welcome thanks.
