    Website knows my location.

Sometimes when surfing the web, I get taken to a website (that) I didn't want to go to.
And it has my location. (the suburb I live in.)

    How do they do this?
    It's sort of not right.

I have excellent Antivirus and Firewall.
I have my cookies settings set to accept First party cookies, but block third party cookies. ( and never allow session cookies.)
And I delete and overwrite all my temporary internet files constantly.

And I constantly run Virus scans/Malware/ Rootkits, and reboot.
And ensure everything is up to date.

Are you sure its not a malware problem? There're many threats which redirect you to other sites.
If you've not already run Malwarebytes, then please run and post the output.
Also what browser are you using? I remember in Chrome, there's a setting 'Allow sites to determine my location' please set it to disabled if you use chrome.
Likewise there is an option in firefox 'Tell sites i do not want to be tracked'. Enable it.
Though its a little different than chrome's functionality.

100% certain it is not Malware.
I have run Malwarebytes a zillion times in the last year and it is always clear.
    Browser: Internet explorer.
I wouldn't use Chrome. If I did, then I would know what the problem is.
    Chrome.

Ok do this. Go to Internet
    options > Privacy.
    Select
    "Never allow websites to
    track your physical location."

    That's already been done.
    A long time ago.

Have you setup windows to determine your location?
Type Location in start menu search and look for Location and sensors.
Have you tried clearing the cookie of the offending site(s)? Does it happen with any/every browser or just IE?

clear, it is, that you know your way around.
However, I am thinking that somehow, the websites that hijack me in this way, have an ability to see what nearest "beacon" my computer is working off.
And a stab in the dark type attitude, considering a loose location.

But, I say, ...How do they even get that close?

Your IP, your ISP's server location, cell tower triangulation etc are some of the many ways to track one.
for eg, google based on my cell provider's server location tracks my location to my neighbouring state.

    Just did that.
It said "no sensors are installed"
    It happens with any browser.

Okay so windows isn't giving away your location. What site is it that redirects you, if you want us to try?
Could be your ISP too, giving away location info to some sites. . .
