    The warning about an addon is likely due to the site having an embedded audio or video file which your browser does not have a plugin for. The most common ones are Flash (.flv), Shockwave (.swf), Quickslime (.qt), etc. The fact that the site you posted the screenshot of says "Radio..." in it could mean an audio file of some sort, especially Realplayer (.ra or .rm) or even a proprietary player that the site itself want to provide. :)

    With all of that AV stuff, it is no wonder that you have problems.

    Here's what I do and the only thing I do, that I install, that I recommend:
    Uninstall all of that stuff.
    Install MSE and live trouble free.

    I was suggesting that you use this reset button:

    The reset should only impact IE, not the operating system.

    But even that reset might not help if it happens to be one or more of your anti-virus-anti-malware programs causing this.
