    Limit Chrome cache

    I have installed Chrome, but the cache seems to keep growing. Is there a way to change the cache size? i read some info somewhere but it didn't work.

    How big is it growing to? Do you have a space concern and a reason to keep it small?

    Size right now is 350 MB, space is not a concern, but it seems the more it grows, the more slow Chrome becomes, ironically.

    It seems my Google Chrome cache is here;
    C:\Users\user1\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default

    Mine is 375MB in size.

    It looks like there are some methods to limit it, based on modifying the shortcut for Google Chrome...but are some limitations like the fact that the shortcut is not used when the browser is launched automatically by the system.

    I've never really noticed Chrome getting slower over time, but I also use an SSD..so maybe that is working around the issue. And I never clean my cache or temp internet files either.
