From IE9 to Chrome question

I've just switched from IE9 to Google chrome, as some websites didn't load right in IE9 even with compatibly mode enabled. The only thing i dont like about chrome is that if you download a file it automatically saves it, where in IE9 you had the option to save it, or just open it.

Is it posable to achieve that in chrome, as some stuff i download i don't need saved, and i hate having to go through my download and delete stuff.
