i would also, for the hell of it, reboot all your networking equipment. Router, switches, modems, etc.

Very well it's all yours now, good luck :)

This IS a image compression problem though.
Is this some sort of forum rule that only one person should try to help per problem otherwise if another person tries to offer different opinion they just bail?
I simply pointed out that this wasn't a driver problem, you took it as a personal attack. I don't do internet trolling so I decided I would just quit. I'll likely have to have a moderator come in here now and clean up this thread as many of these posts do nothing to help the person seeking help.

NO i didn't take anything as a personal attack and "trolling" is a disgustingly misused and overused word. With text communications it is easy to misunderstand each other. You seemed to take my questioning whether it's an accelerator or not an attack. But if you didn't, that's fine. There's plenty of helpful info the poster can try here however he's not that responsive.

even if it is an accelerator, why would both explorer and firefox be affected??

Did you do any software/hardware changes BEFORE this happened that you can remember?

This problem suddenly appeared. I didn't change anything.

Sure seems like it's something "upstream" from your computer :/

Does it do it on any other computers connected to the same network? Or is it ONLY on that one machine?
Its my Own Internet connection ,I have only 1 Computer and its directly connect from router.
