    Suppressing YouTube ads

You know them, those annoying ads that popup over the video and you have to click the x to shut them down. Is there any way to stop them appearing?

I am only interested on removing them from YouTube, not all ads on all sites.

    Thanks,

    Jon

in your own youtube settings you can choose weather to show ads or not. so if people used this setting we would not see them if i am correct.

I want to supress them regardless of their settings. There is Flashblock for Firefox but not sure if that does it.

I'm sorry but ad blocking discussion is against forum rules.
