Hey guys I need some help with my Internet explorer 9. I have an HP desktop windows 7 x64 bit everything seems to be working ok except when I open my Internet it opens but it doesn't load a page it stays white and the loading circle keeps spinning. Please help!!! I've tried resetting explorer it won't even reset all the way, I've tried troubleshooting and nothing, I've tried a system restore and it saids " system restore did not restore all of its files" I did notice that my anti-virus said some of my files were locked.. Any ideas anyone... Thank u sooooo much
