Email wrong keys

    My computor tried your method and it did not work. He found that if you change the "encoding" on the affected email to another one it works so I will try that for awhile.

On my dell inspiron 15r the F1-F12 keys are covered by multimedia keys like volume, screen brightness, battery, internet, and other.
