Sorry to disagree kegobeer but they are not under Settings->Extensions. The only way to access them is "about: plugins".

There is no gap between : and plugins. It displays a smilie if I remove it.

I see we're taking about different things. Plugins are where you say they are - where I'm just talking about extensions. However, I see that Foxit didn't install any extension, which is what I thought it did. You are correct. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

No problem kegobeer. Foxit installs a Plugin as does Adobe Reader and the Chrome PDF reader.

You can use the noparse tags to prevent smilies.
    Script:
    [noparse]about:plugins[/noparse
    about:plugins

    @ kegobeer
You wrote in any earlier post
If you have a PDF viewer extension for Chrome, PDF files are not downloaded when you click on them - they open inside of Chrome and are not saved to the download folder
Before I go to extent of creating a new profile, which of the extensions available in Chrome is the one you mean? Ilooked through the extensions menu and am unsure.

as I posted earlier its not an extension it is a plugin. Go to about:plugins in the address bar. Make sure Chrome PDF viewer is enabled.

Or, if you prefer you can enable the Adobe Acrobat plugin, if you have it.
