How can I tell what flash player I have?

I think I downloaded one from SourceForge some time ago, but now I can't remember.

Hey, I have windows 7 64 bit and I run firefox 3.5. I Can't find a flash player that works. everywhere I look it won't work. They say that it installs but when I go to a site that needs flash it doesn't work. Help?? Jackson
