Every browser has some unique qualities and unique bugs. It really depends on what you like and dislike, so you really have to try yourself to find the best thing for yourself. There ain't many browser for Windows just a few like:

    IE8
    FireFox
    Safari
    Opera
    Chrome

So just go ahead and try them out. I like and recommend IE8 because its integreted into Windows and works good. The only issue i am facing with IE 8 that its forcing me to type password (which is good for security, but i don't need it) instead of copy/paste thing.

Now i am using FireFox, but that also has some issues with SSL Certificates and won't open the sites. So I am dumping that too.

    Thanks.
