Youtube videos have no audio and stop after 3 seconds

    Youtube videos have no audio and stop after 3 seconds


    Every video I try to watch has no sound and stops at exactly 3 seconds, without fail, every time. Started since I exceeded my monthly data cap and went to dialup speeds (64kb/s), I never visited youtube during this time, but since I have got my usual speeds back I get this issue. The video buffers fine and loads all the way to the end, but I can't get it to play past 3 seconds and it has no sound.

    Any suggestions?

    Interestingly, by disabling flash in "chrome://plugins/", some videos will play, but many more give the message "This video is currently unavailable"

This is a really annoying problem. It nearly happens to all youtube videos i play. The title is self explanatory, the videos keep on playing even though i stopped the video. I have tried re-installing firefox and flash, but with no good results. Any ideas?
Title says it all. I've had this problem since I used the IE9 Beta. I was hoping it would be fixed in the RC, but it hasn't, leading me to believe that it's an issue with my computer. They'll load all the way, but then the Video still stop playing at say 1:16 and pause. I'll refresh and it'll do it again. Firefox x32 Windows 7 HP x64 Latest Flash
