    Website freezing problem

So i go to a website it'll load up but it wont let me scroll down ,also the down arrow on the side scroll-er isn't there either.

    And

If i go to YouTube the site & the video loads but the video screen stays black

... However if i grab my taskbar and stretch it up once and bring it back down the site works fine / The video appears

Its really annoying having to stretch my taskbar everytime i wanna view a site

Anybody have a clue what is wrong?

Start Internet Explorer with no Add-ons, see if the problem still exists.

Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Internet Explorer (no Add-ons).

If the problem is gone then start IE normally. Click on Tools then Manage Add-ons and start disabling then a few at a time till you find the one causing the problem.

IE does not need any Add-ons and almost always works better without them. I'd recommend disabling all IE Add-ons except Java (tm) Plug-In SSV Helper and Plug-In 2 SSV Helper. You choice though.

Try IE9 and see if the problem persists. If no, try a fresh chrome install.
