I'm Losing My Cookies always

hi all , i've installed windws 7 rtm and windows server 2008 r2 rtm , in both i face the same problem , wich i lose my data of cookies always , i can't keep logging in all sites , like forums , facebook , webmail ,, any suggestion
ps : IE accept all cookies

Same problem here...I have a duel boot with Vista. 7 is really getting to be a pain. I have other issues also.
