64 Bit browsers still lacks the ability to play flash videos. Adobe.... we're waiting.
Downloaded Google Chrome last night, definitely faster and snappier than FF in 7 64-bit.
Still having some lag with youtube videos in full screen though, I suppose that's an issue with my video driver.
FF + adblock plus + noscript + cs lite
No problems under win7 64bit.. Works like a charm.
No fuss..no muss.
IE? Junk. (Dont get me started...)
Opera. Last testing I read is that its slow (But I still get a kick out of it)
Chrome. Havent tried quite honestly. Since FF with the core plugins have never given me a hard time, I stick with it.
Peacekeeper - The Browser Benchmark
i ran this for ff 3.5.3 and got 2410. opera 2479. ie8 988.
if i did not have all of my ff addons firefox would have walked all over opera. we won't even comment on ie8.
I ran the PeaceKeeper thingy on a bunch of browsers..
Chrome 3.0 - Stable
Chrome 4.0 - Latest Dev
Safari 4 (latest)
Firefox 3.5.3
Opera 10.00
IE8 - Pathetic
It took me by surprise that the Stable Chrome took the lead over the Latest Dev Chrome.

I'm using Firefox 3.5...It's no surprise Chrome is so fast, there's nothing to it!!! You forgot I.E. 8 64-bit browser, it's like twice as fast as 32-bit...I'm going to try Minefield.
Thanks
Well I attempted to use a 64-bit version of IE8 in that test but it didn't want to test it as its own browser (wasn't registering it as different from the 32-bit) so..
Well Chrome actually does support some plugins but it requires a bit of tinkering and googling.
Most seem to act like they'd die if they had to live without their adblock
thats my benchmarks on 32bit
