Recover faviourte links

I had Internet Explorer 9 with my faviourte links.

I removed Internet Explorer 9 by disabling it in control panel (the place where you can disable gadgets as well)

After I installed Google Chrome but then I realised I didn't export my faviourte links, I didn't back them up.

Is there a way to get my faviourte links back from IE9?
