IE9 versus Google with Java and Adobe

MY laptop is X64 and my ISP is Verizon FIOS with up to 35GB speed.

Until last week I used IE9 for all browsing. Java and Adobe made some changes last week and they affected my web page downloading a great deal causing a very long wait time.

Today I used the Google browser and every site I entered was almost instantanious.

I don't know if I am the only one with this predicament so is there anything I can do or is thia a IE9 quirky.

    Thanks

Going by my memory, Java and Adobe Flash are doing some changes because of possible new threats and activation of old threats. I'm just going to see what happens for a couple of days before making any major changes to I.E.9. Some sites have recommended removing Java for the time being until the problem is solved. Make sure your anti virus and the like programs are up to date. These are just my methods and thoughts.
