Apparently you must work for this company maybe you would like to explain to us why this program/toolbar embeds itself so deep into Windows your company should make a UnInstaller so people could remove its contents from their computer. Maybe you could also list all the areas that this program/toolbar installs itself.

Mr/Mrs Babylon you just don't get it. It's not your product that is in question but your method of distribution. I have tried it both ways; selecting it with a download of a quality product I wanted and not selecting with that download. You get it either way.
Your product has infested many good and some great websites we have used for a long time to get quality programs. To completely remove your product one must go through many things in normal and safe mode to remove all. I does take some time. It hides in many little corners hoping no one will find it all. People on this site do know how to find it all and remove it. I will also instruct others if need be.Your company and products will not find this method a road to success. Do a little research of the Ask Tool Bar. They tried these games. Now most everybody makes great effort never to use them. It appears the Babylon will joint the list along with Ask Tool Bar.

Well I do thank you for offering the removal service. I removed it before your service was known to the masses. It will now be easier for thousand to remove it. Babylon might be a great product but people like me will never know because of the experiences we have had so far with your company. I know you and others are very busy. All anyone has to do is Google and type (remove) and (remove babylon) jumps up with 14,900,000 results. I also would like to thank you using this Forum to try and help people. That is what we do here, help others and learn from others. When you do get the time please read through our Forum for a while. Many products that members use and trust are recommended several time through the Forum. When a member recommends a product and a trusted place to get that product to other members of this Forum it leaves a bad taste when a company like Babylon invades our members computer. As far as I know no member of this Forum receives anything for recommending anything. We do it to help each other. Once again thank you and your company for trying fix this problem.

    Remove Babylon

I have been successful in removing Babylon, with a lot of trouble.
First, it must uninstalled using the control panel uninstaller.
Second, it must be completely taken out of the registry. Use regedit and search everything for "Babylon" and then change "Babylon" to "".
Third, Firefox must be uninstalled and its directory eliminated. You do not want to save your bookmarks, because Babylon somehow invades that.
Fourth, In your "Documents and Settings" directory. There is a sub-directory under the user called application directory. You must eliminate the Mozilla sub-directory.
Fifth and Final Step is to get a clean installation package of Firefox and during installation do not get the quick-start search page that it suggests.

The only problem is you will lose your bookmarks. So I would suggest writing down or copying the important ones and recreating them when your done with the procedure.

This seems to be a nasty intrusion by a cheap software company in order to promote a terrible search engine.
