HTTP 403 forbidden message on one (W7) laptop only

My friend is trying to access a particular website (youconvertit.com) but gets HTTP 403 errors (access forbidden) whenever he does. Other web activity is fine.

    1. When I take MY laptop round to his house, I can connect to the site no problem.
    2. When we take HIS laptop to another neighbour's, he gets the same 403 message.
    3. MY laptop is still connecting OK.

This suggests some W7 setting / firewall issue etc etc on my friend's laptop.

    Any hints?

    Browser is IE9
Proxy server is unticked in Internet Options.

    I'm tempted to either:

    1. Reset IE9 to default settings, or...
    2. Install an alternative browser to see if the problem appears with that

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks...

    Next try

Tried using Google Chrome as browser. Got the same result.

So, one laptop, multiple browsers, multiple source addresses (tried at several houses so all different ISPs, IP addresses etc). Just this one laptop gets HTTP 403 forbidden.

Pleeeeeeeeease anyone with an idea? Thanks!

    Start Here

This could be multiple things. Try this and see what happens. With the page which has the 403 error showing click on the circle in the address bar. Turn off tracking and refresh the page.
