Cannot Access Live (Hacked) - Not enough info to reset account

Recently I made an account for my Xbox profile. This profile was made out of haste, and I do not have many of the requirements to reset my account. Just recently (as of late August) It has been saying that someone else is logged into my account, and I cannot seem to regain control. I have tried everything, and have since tripped the final "You have tried to reset account too many times" wire. I've invested a huge amount of time and money into sites that use LIVE and my xbox profile. I currently have around 200-300 USD worth of premium "season passes" for games, and I would HATE to lose that because of something stupid like this.

This means I cannot change ID's on my Xbox profile, since the password is apparently changes. I can still access it from my Xbox from default sign in, but I cannot redownload my account elsewhere. So...it comes down to either this forum or finding a program to re-hack my account. Id rather it be the previous of the two. If anyone could help me fix this, I would be incredibly thankful.

Either read and try any/all steps or links provided in their website here: Change Microsoft Account
Or contact them directly about it with the link at the bottom.

Sorry, but there is nothing else anyone here can do about it beyond that.

@ Layback bear I wasnt asking for help with that. I understand and, yes, this may sound crazy, but i read your terms of service. I was asking if anyone else knew another way that wasnt (but not really in this case) illegal. Unfortuantly, I see that there isn't an answer.
