Internet Explorer 9 cannot connect to internet, Cant find problem

    Hi,
I'm having a problem with Internet Explorer where it cant connect to any webpage at all.
I have tried to troubleshoot the problem but the troubleshooter says that it cannot find the problem. It works when i start it up in no addons mode but even if i disable all the addons that i could find in manage addons it still doesn't work unless i use no addon mode.

No other computer has this problem other than me so it's not a problem with the router, but i can also use other browsers just fine with no problems.

I tried multiple attempts at solution trying to fix this such as:
    ipconfig release,renew and flushdns
the two netsh command that, i think, flush the ipv4 and some other connection
disabling all addons in Internet explorer
    reseting all internet explorer settings
checking if Proxy settings are accidentally enabled
Using antivirus + antimalware + antispyware to check for viruses(though i do think it is a virus)
    Uninstalling and reinstalling Internet Explorer
System restore is out of the question because it doesnt have a restore point before this occured
    -------------
If it helps, i had a "strain" of a computer virus named 800000cb.@ + "Mutations" of that virus in the same folder and it seemed to have happened a couple days after i had gotten rid of it using help from my anti-virus's support team, i'm in the 7th step of fully removing it. I also did SFC /Scannow in cmd so i can post it if i need to.

It's somewhat important for Internet explorer to work because a few games that i have rely on Internet explorer to work in order to connect to the update server properly(all the games that have this problem are MMOs) such as Tribes ascend, SWGEmu + its launcher, and Black Prophecy Tactics.

It seems to be a problem where Internet explorer cannot use the DNS server properly whether its the normal one or the google one, it does not work unless i use no addons mode so it might be a "hidden" addon that preventing it from connecting.

Yeah, i tried all of them and no joy, it seems that internet explorer 9 64-bit is the only one that's not working while 32-bit and no addons mode works which is weird in comparison to alot of other people where the reverse is true.
The games that i have mentioned seem to have this same problem where it is trying to connect using the 64-bit ie settings but cannot connect.

Also note that i cannot ping anything unless i use the ip address from a dns lookup so it does seem to be a problem where the dns resolver or something is not working properly for internet explorer 64-bit or something is preventing it from working properly.

Edit- Oh yeah, windows update also cannot connect to the update server either, just putting it out there and it might help.

Alright mate. You followed the tutorials, including attempting to disable all add-ons to ensure they aren't causing the problem?

Uninstall, and then reinstall java (only if you have it) and adobe flash: Adobe - Install Adobe Flash Player - if you don't want Chrome installed, uncheck the box that offers chrome.

Please list all of your security software for me, especially the antivirus. Also, do you have any security software installed in the browser, such as add-ons or tracking protection lists?

Did you run a full sweep of your computer with your updated antivirus software to check for malware?
If you would like a great (free) extra scanner, try malwarebytes (highly recommended to run a full scan with this also). It runs great side-by-side with your antivirus as it is not one itself (only ever use a single antivirus program). Try it here: Malwarebytes : Thank You!
Repair system files (run 3 times if errors are found, as described in tutorial): SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Windows not being able to update is bad news, but the browser situation isn't so bad. IE9x64, believe it or not, is not faster than IE9x86 (32bit). A simple answer for this would be that it doesn't have all the 'guts' the regular browser has. Not only that, but you can't even make it your default browser. I recommend sticking with the regular IE browser, but this is entirely up to you.

Let me know how all that goes and I will post things to help solve the update problem

Check for updates now and list the error that you find, if you will.

When i try to update i get error 8024402C when trying to get updates,
I cant abandon x64 internet explorer because the mmos i want to play rely on internet explorer x64 working in order to connect because they use the same internet settings/use net framework(which uses ie to run online) i believe as the x64 version so if the x64 version cannot connect, the games cannot connect.
I also have the cbs.log from sfc /scannow, you might find something that i might've missed.

I've never heard of that before. What MMOs are you playing that even have 64bit architecture? Not many games use 64bit... Have you tried playing them recently despite your problems? The internet browser should have little to do with you connecting to the internet via a game, unless the game is inside the browser. As IE32bit is your default browser, any link you click on outside of the browser (link to a webpage) should use the IE32bit browser when it opens. But, once again, unless the game is inside the browser, it shouldn't even use IE64bit to connect.

Give me some time to figure out your error. Is there any error with IE9x64 when you try to open it?

Ah, so your problem is security related, as I suspected.
Please answer the questions I have in the quote above ^

It's not that the programs rely on x64 architecture its that its too much of a coincidence that the x64 internet explorer doesnt work and the x86 mmos also dont work which use .net framework i believe, in this case x64 .net framework which probably uses x64 internet explorer for online coding for things, such as launchers for mmos. And yes i have done everything in that quote, including the full system scan several times as it was required in my anti-virus (Avira) support ticket in order to get rid of a reoccurring virus(with multiple programs including OTM,TDSS Killer, Combofix, ESET online scanner, System Look, antimalwarebytes, Security check, etc) though i dont think this virus caused this directly because the virus i was getting rid of was pretty much computer HIV and AIDS(800000.@cb virus if that rings a bell) i think but with a "cure" so it might've "helped"

I also attached a CBS.log in my previous post.

EDIT- 10:45 EST Running another scan right now just in case.

Okay, well the problem is due, most likely, to your security programs. Or what they or the virus have already done.
