Where can I get proper AFP installers, NOT the useless 1 MB shortcuts?

Hi guys, is there a way I can download only a section of a flash video instead of the whole long video?

How do I download a file from a flashdrive to Windows 7? I did this once before with no problem, but for some reason was unable to correctly do it today.
