Ok, I confess I'm struggling here.

I've gone through your Firefox crash reports for any information,
Some crashes are caused by the Norton Extension, and the rest by Flash.
Your flash player is out of date, so update that Adobe - Install Adobe Flash Player
Clear you browser cache
And if you wish for it to crash less, you will have to remove the Norton Firefox Extensions. These are known to be a problem.
Then try again at your mail site...

Just to be sure, you can log in ok with Internet Explorer?

Thank you, I believe

Java(TM)6 Update 33.
Is the one who is making Firefox unstable.

So what do you think If a remove the One above and keep Below:
Java SE 7 update 07
Build 1.7.0_07-b11
I dont think I do need both of them? right!

Thank you for keep coming back to helping me out

No, you only want the latest. You can remove older versions easily with JavaRA

JavaRa | SingularLabs

Choose Remove JRE> On dropdown choose the 6 Update

Choose Additional Tasks> Remove Outdated JRE Firefox Extensions

Hello dear Helper

To fix Java: Java Setup Problem
* Un-Install ALL previous version.
* Download the current version of Java here: Java Downloads for All Operating Systems .
* Copy the following text to a Batch File and run it (as Admin under Win7).
* Install Java.
reg query hklm\software\classes\installer\products /f “java(tm) 6″ /s | find “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE” > deljava.txt
for /f “tokens=* delims= ” %%a in (deljava.txt) do reg delete %%a /f
del deljava.txt
reg delete “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment” /f
reg delete “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\wow6432node\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment” /f
It seems that a lot of people are having problems with Java and Firefox. Here’s a new one, for some reason, JVR stopped working in both IE and Firefox…. Working on a solution now and will post when I have one, but for people who have multiple instances of Java installed, do an Add/Remove. I don’t recommend using Windows Add/Remove. Programs like Revo Uninstaller are much better and more efficient at removing registry errors, but you’ll want to read the FAQ sheet if you’re a newb. You can also use Firefox to check your plug in status ( )and take you to Java’s site, which will check your version of Java. Here it is to make it easier (or for IE users): Java Downloads for All Operating Systems
This may be an immediate solution for removing earlier versions of Java from Firefox specifically: Should I remove the following EXTENSIONS: Java Console 6.0.20, Java Console 6.0.22, & Java Quick Starter 1.0 (version number doesn
And this is a much better version of Firefox’s guide to Java plug ins than any other wiki I’ve seen: Java - MozillaZine Knowledge Base
