I have these problem with JAVA and I have follow suggestion on official website, How to enable Java! Bus still docent show ENABLE.
Also browser it's slow (maybe because Java)

Ensure this option is ticked.
And disable any addons like NoScript.

Java from Sun/Oracle is not JavaScript that powers the web & what your browser (should) support.
Do not confuse the two.

Ok, It might be the Norton add-on..
But firstly, lets just check the site works when Firefox is in safe mode.
So, run it in safe mode, and see if you can log in to your site

If it works, restart Firefox & lets try to narrow it down a bit.
Norton can sometimes be a problem, so
Firefox button> addons> Extensions> and disable Norton Vulnerability Protection addon.
Restart Firefox and try again at your mail site.
