    Association Files For Email.

When I attempt to open a link (to the internet) from my grandfather's email account it comes up with an error message saying:

"The file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Set Associations control panel."

I'm assuming I need to tell the email program to open those links with Internet Explorer but I have no idea how to do that.

    Hello Kashudi,

You could open Default Programs to select Internet Explorer, and click on Set this program as default for this. The tutorial below can help show you more on how to.

Default Programs - Set a Program's Default Associations

    Hope this helps, :)
