I don't care. When I looked for the download of the last 2.x next to it was the caption "the last usable version of Thunderbird." I see no reason to go past Like I say, I don't pound out so much email that I need multiple tabs. 2.x does the job.

(edit: besides. It's not like the old days when I used Opera 8.51 for years. I mean, these Mozilla versions are jumping from 4 to 16 in a few months. It's retarded.)
