    Windows Live Mail Won't Move Messages To The Junk Folder

    Whenever I hit the "Junk" button in Windows Live Mail I get this message;

    "The selected message(s) could not be moved

    A problem has occurred. Please try again."

    This problem has been going on ever since I got the new laptop and started using Windows Live Mail. I have read that if I assign an email as junk it is reported to the senders ISP. I am getting spam from a Yahoo Mail account and wish to have this reported and stopped. Thanks

    Hi Meekah, welcome to Seven Forums.
    What account are you using in WLM?

    You are correct.
    If you don't have too many contacts for your present mail account, I thoroughly recommend using Gmail. WLM Mail Tips.docx If not I'll help as best I can.

    But what if you DO have lots of addresses? What then...the junk email is getting worse everyday.
