Windows Live Mail - trouble w/signature file in email response

Hi, i was able to create a signature file but it works only for new emails and not for responses. Using a text (instead of file) signature worked for both new emails and for responses. Does anyone know if signature file can be used for responses ?

Hi Knedlice, welcome to Seven Forums.
You can make as many 'Signatures' on this page as you want but only one will be settable as default.

Thanks Roderunner, however my problem is still not solved. I can only set a Text Signature as a default but not a File Signature. Do you know how to set a File Signature as default?

The File Signature works for responses if I don't keep the text of the original message, the same as in a new email.

Additionally I was able to insert the File Signature in responses with the original message (Insert>Other>select a Signature) , but that requires additional two clicks.

    Resolved the issue

I don't feel too smart right now, because the issue I had was actually lack of attention on my part. The File Signature has been working properly all along, however it was appended at the bottom of the response (below the original message) and I was looking for it at the top (above the original message).

Now I only need to find out if theer is a way to change the placement of the signature.

    Add your signature first.
