Internet Explorer 9 hangs for new user - Solved

I added a new user to my Windows 7 32-bit Netbook and found that most web pages would not load for the new user. Whenever I clicked on a link or typed a new URL, IE9 would stop responding but worked fine for existing users.

When launching IE9 with no add-ons, IE9 worked correctly for the new user. This put me on the right track to identify the problem.

I had the latest version of Adobe Flash installed; however, I went to the control panel and uninstalled Flash. I then went to the Adobe website and downloaded and reinstalled flash. Now IE9 is working for all users.

I hope this helps someone else.

    Hangs

By "Hangs" do you mean that all you see when clikcing on a website is a blank page that never loads without refreshing OR does it include the message "Internet Explorer is not Responding"?

What was happening is, when clicking on a website, I would get a blank page that never loaded. When I clicked on stop or refresh, there was no change. Sometimes I could close Internet Explorer and sometimes, when attempting to close Internet Explorer, I would see, "Internet Explorer is not responding".
