Help, site not opening with "error page exception"

Trying to decide who to use for my Medicare Drug Plan, I'm getting this error message from this site (SilverScript). The error (on Firefox 17) occurs after I enter a drug and click enter.

Would be most helpful if I can quickly get a fix on this as I need to make a decision before the end of the week.

    Here's the error message:

Try another browser say, IE. Then if that worksand you sort your drug go back to FF and then try to solve this problem!

Can you please try it in IE just to confirm it works there otherwise it is difficult to help you. Just thinking it "might" work is not enough! If I know it is confined to FF then it's a different route to take to find the solution!

Of course you are right. Site works fine in IE9.

OK Thanks! The error code 500 seems to be a generic code with many reasons for it appearing . The good news is it is a server problem not at your end. Here's the chapter and verse on the subject. Personally I would just do what you need to do using IE and forget the problem.

Thanks for the info and the advice. I will leave things well enough alone and use IE9 to gather my drug info.

Might just be an idea to leave it for a week and try FF again to see if the same thing happens. Odds are that it was a glitch at the server and may not happen agian. Let us know the result say next Monday!
