Sign in to Yahoo and Please Verify your Password

Using Firefox 17.0.1 and every time I open Firefox I have to login even though I have checked the 2 week log in. I have searched yahoo & web & tried every option but still does same. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Have you tried logging in with Internet Explorer? If you're not being asked for your log in credentials with IE then it might be a Firefox issue. You could also check Firefox (I think it used to be Tools > Options > Security) and make sure that the password storage feature is properly configured.

Just to verify, but are you using software like CCleaner to maintain your system? Just want to make sure you aren't deleting Firefox cookies.

Thanks for the replies. Yes I have tried IE and it logs me in without any problems so I believe its a Firefox issue. No I don't use CCleaner or any utility to delete cookies. Tools>Options>Security>Saved Passwords...I deleted all saved Passwords and have tried every config that I could but to no avail. I am totally stumped!

    Try this:

    Open Firefox> Tools> Options> Advanced tab> Network tab> Connection> Settings button> Click No proxy> OK

Thanks but I think that is a default config because it was already configured as you have shown in your SShots. I appreciate your input A Guy.

You might want to try and remove the Yahoo cookie and set another. It's possible it is corrupt. I rarely use FF, or stay signed in to yahoo, but this sounds like a cookie issue. If you change it from Remember history to Use custom settings for history, you will be able to create an exception for the Yahoo cookie, and see if that helps.
