Need help to block a page from IE9

Hi all, I am new to this forum, and am looking for some help. I am useing IE9 with all updates applied, and when I am on some pages on the net, none in paticular, and I try to go back to the previous page with the back button, it brings me to this page When I hit the back button, it will bring me to this page, which ends up being the same page that I am allready on. When I hold the back button, and scroll down to the actual last page that I was on, sometimes I have to scroll down multipal amounts of these pages before I get to the actual last page that I was on. Sometimes 15 to 20 pages. Does anybody know how to stop this from happening, it can get very annoying at times. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
