    Your calender contains corrupt data that is forcing WLM to close.


    HI THERE!:
    i have been trying to install windows live mail software for windows 7, before I tried to install on my pc with windows 7 and now i am trying to install on my laptop with windows 7 home premium but i get an error when opening windows live mail : "calender contains corrupted data" Error message 0x80004002
    As i installed it first time !
    n i checked for many solutions online but none of them worked:
    some are : 1- change the time and uncheck the daylight but nooo!
    2- Delete the calender folder in app data inside local n microsoft in windows live mail : there is no calender folder! as i never signed in or enter any details for my account.
    3- THirdly repair the program
    4- uninstall the program, even delete the registries and everything, n install it again but nothing worked!!
    n i am in a urgent need to install it, n dont want any other program,
    plz plzz help !!!

    I would suggest you make sure their are no infection on your system. First I need to know what security programs you have installed. Next would have you been using and registry cleaners or tuneup programs?
    We also need to know what we are working with.
    System Info - See Your System Specs

    Look in the lower left of this post and tick on My System Specs and you will see what I mean.

    i think there are no infections or virus in my pc as i even tried to install it on another pc with win 7,
    I am using Avast Antivirus program, i havent used any registry cleanup programs nor tuneup and also i did a system restore,
    and i have updated my system info!

    This is how your account properties on the advanced tab should look like when using Avast, as it scans in /out mail.

    how can i even check this? as the windows live mail is installed but it doesnt open so how to check the account properties with?
