When you add the second account you still need to fill in all of the things you did with the first account, even though they might be the same. Did you do that?

I just added one not long ago. I had some trouble at first, but just go through and make sure that everything in your second one is the same as the first. It is easy to overlook something.

As long as he puts the second account protocols like the first, there should be no problem regardless of what they are.

All depends on who his pop accounts are held with.

For example: i have one domain with Fasthost. So my outgoing smtp is smtp.fasthost.co.uk

But my sky account, I use my broadband providors which is post.viatel.net
