Windows 10 Pro. 64/ version 1709

Small suggestion. Start a new standard user account, set it up the way you want it. See if that solves the problem. If by chance it does delete the old standard user account.

Sorry this took so long, I've been a very very busy person. I have created a new user account and for now it has resolved my issue.

flash problem for standard users
Flash works on my admin account but not my other accounts. I do not have any program blocks turned on. The shockwave and flash test pages work. I have flash installed and am using ie8 32bit. I have checked ie settings and don't see anything different, but I must be missing something....
