Need help with wierd YouTube popup...

Recently I began getting a strange popup on YouTube videos, especially on embedded ones. Originally it had an ad but I managed to get rid of the ad but the frame still pops up and covers part of the video and the pause/play controls. I have scanned with MSE and Malwarebytes several times with nothing found. Hopefully the screenshot will show what I mean. It only happens in Internet Explorer. It's position changes as sometimes it is lower but always on the left side.

    Any help is appreciated.

I looks like those annoying advertisement pop ups.
Not sure if there's any add-on to block ads on IE.
But there's Ad Block plus for Firefox and Chrome to get rid off such ads on YouTube.

Thanks for the suggestions but I'm really trying to keep IE. The ad is blocked but the frame is still there.

I can't believe I'm the only one to see this.

May be creepy IE addon was installed with some program. I would recommend to closely examine each and every IE addon installed on your machine.

How to manage add-ons in Internet Explorer 9
