Internet Explorer 10 finally released for Windows 7 | Ars Technica

You may want to check for this platform update to 7SP1, some are okay with it for others its buggy, if you read the Ars article it sounds like you need it for IE10: Platform Update (KB2670838) for windows 7 I ran it through Windows Update and I'm okay with IE9 and FF19.

You may already have this link: Download Internet Explorer 10 don't forget to pick your OS x86 or x64.

On my Mac there is a setting to change the scroll bar so it jumps to the spot I click instead of moving page down or up. How can I do this in Windows 7? Thanks.
