If you can't download the exe, what good will a zip do?

I'm not sure I understand - you have a machine and a netbook and a friend has a machine. Surely one of those can get the programs.

Let me make sure of a few things.

1. I screwed up the links, Robin pointed that out, and I fixed them. If a link is broken, I apologize .... again. I did just test of the links in the quote in your post - both work for me. Please elaborate why you cannot download. You previously said that ESET was taking a long time to complete and that you would run it later. Did you at least run a full scan with ESET?
2. Does Hotmail, in fact ask for a credit card. This is an important piece of information. Often a site will just ask you to confirm your credentials - more information than id, password, and a secret question is not normal. The fact that you say the same thing occurs on your netbook and your friends machine sort of indicates the issue is not local to the 1st machine, rather it is on the website.

I'll bow out until there's some concrete information. Please update your system specs on the forum, use the Easy System Specs link in my signature so you don't have ttype alll of that information in by hand.

What are you asking to verify?
What information does it exactly want


I told you to go to a different link. That I know works and is the official hotmail link
When I went there and signed in it did not ask me to verify anything
What happened when you went to my link?

You told us you tried on a net book and got the same problem
Is this net book on your network

You told us that you tried the link on a friends computer but it was not clear if you had a problem there or not
On this friends computer were you able to log in with no verification?

Please answer these questions so we can try to help you better

To be fair, I threw a wrench into the mix when I interpreted card as credit card. That being said, clarity of the problem, actions taken, and results are paramount to resolving any issue.

Got it, I think. You always have a login problem regardless of where you login.

Is Hotmail asking for credit card information?

TDSSkiller-can't tell what the problem might be from etc etcc - so you might try a different tact.
On a differnet machine (on your friend's machine), create an WDO disc and then run WDO on your suspect machine.
What is Windows Defender Offline?

You never answered if it is asking for credit card or other personal info
And what is it actually asking you to verify
If on your friends computer you are getting the same problem then it definetly a problem with your account

yes i said that its asking me for the credit card,yes to verify my account they asked for valid email,next to the address then all the information as if your opening any paying account,so i think that my account is the problem,as on another pc,my friends account was ok,mine no,i tried open another account,then i was asked to fill name,surname, address and even the card info

what any new SW i should run ,as my SW's gave me a clean PC,malwarebytes,superantyspyware,rkill,windows malicious removal tool,avast free,ccleaner,ATF cleaner,tweaking.com all gave me clean pc and is running normal,
