You might try clearing the browser cache on the Dell laptop. Internet Explorer - Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when closed

If only your computer gives errors with the certificate's date, check the date and time on that one, it's possible that you got a wrong date and so throws erros when it should not.
Besides, you can just dismiss the message and continue to the site.

I just tried the site and it opened OK. As stated if you are certain the site is safe, just click go to the site anyway. You can also try adding it to the Trusted Sites from Control Panel, Internet Options.

Windows 7 gets it's certificates through Windows Update. If your time and date are correct (the most common cause), try running WU and see if it offers any certificate updates. You can also try to reset IE, does the error occur using another browser as well?

    Internet Explorer - Reset

It could be because of the update course after installing windows i tried running updates it kept saying not installed to try again i kept trying and trying but they failed, i am running windows 7 pro the name of the laptop is a dell 6200 when i go to updates then it says check for updates it fails then where it says

Most recent check for updates: Never
    Updates were installed: Never
You receive updates: Foe Windows and other products from Microsoft Updates

What can i do to run Windows Updates, or is't a hardware problem

Try running Windows Update, post back with the exact error message. A screenshot is best.
