Windows 7: Movie trailers will not play at

Movie trailers will not play at

When I try to play a movie trailer at the Redbox site, all I get is a black window with the words
"Related trailers click here"
I have tried Firefox,Internet Explorer, and Bing, and get the same results.
I have the same computer set up at another location and have no problems starting a movie trailer.
I do not have this problem at other sites that play movie trailers.

Does anyone have an idea as to what I can do to solve this?

Welcome to Seven Forums JIGYPIG1. I'm assuming you have Flash Player installed as you say other sites work. Perhaps try the trailers from Safe Mode with Networking to see if they play there.

Safe Mode

If they play there, I would next perform a clean start to see if something is conflicting

You might also try them through a web based proxy

Ever since I installed the Google Chrome browser, I can no longer play any of the IMDB trailers (??). Is this a common problem . . . or, is there something I need to configure in Chrome to restore this . . . or, is this something else entirely (and NOT the Chrome browser)? A real enigma. (????)
