Help,my youtube isn't working.

Guys i use windows 7 32bit,and when i try to connect to youtube it says:
Whoops, Google chrome could not connect to site www . youtube . com
I got that problem for a few weeks now, but i couldn't find any forum that
Can actually resolve my problem,i hope ill find solution here.
