If you sign in to that email account online instead of in WLM, is the Save folder there?

Did you check in all folders in "Storage Folders" to see if it may be there? Possibly in "Recovered items".

Did you click on the small arrow next to the Inbox as suggested in Post #8 ?

Is the Save folder there?

Shawn/Brink -The recovered items only show the outbox. I can’t figure out how to log on and notice that “make default” is grayed out. All other functions work properly. Herm

Herm,

It's looking like you may have permanently deleted your "Save" folder.

Who is your email provider?

You would normally go to their site to log on to your email account to be able to also view your email online.

Herm,

I would try signing in at Cox's website to view your email to see if the folder may be there first.
