    Netscape and IE8 coexist?

Can netscape and IE8 coexist. I've ran into a major issue. One of my schoolbooks is in secure pdf format and unfortunatly Oracles unlock software isnt compatible with IE8. I'd run IE7 but from what I understand it isn't compatible with Win7

If you're running Netscape 9, try Firefox as this version of Netscape is based on the Firefox 2 browser. If you're running the latest version of Netscape, both should coexist... but I haven't tried Firefox 2 on W7, so I can't tell for sure. Using Firefox 3 and it works like a charm.

A new version of the Netscape browser, Netscape Navigator 9, based on Firefox 2, was released in October 2007. It featured a sleek green and grey interface. As of July 2008, IE accounted for 73.01% of the browser market, Firefox 19.03% and Netscape 0.67%, according to Internet metrics firm NetApplications.[22] On December 28, 2007, AOL announced that on February 1, 2008 it would drop support for the Netscape web browser and would no longer develop new releases. The date was later extended to March 1[23] to allow a major security update and to add a tool to assist users in migrating to other browsers. These additional features were included in the final version of Netscape Navigator 9 (version 9.0.0.6), released on February 20, 2008.
