every time i try to open site with ie9 this pops up at bottom of page and i cant open, need help.

I keep getting this Security Certificate error with IE10 on many websites, including this forum at times. My date and time are set correctly and up to date. It has only been happening for a few days. Any ideas?

Boot errors,shutdown errors, wake errors.

AT&T (Starbucks) WiFi certificate errors
When I log into the AT&T wifi at Starbucks I consistently get a certificate error. It doesn't matter whether I use IE or Firefox and it doesn't matter what store I'm in. It seems to be system wide. Firefox offers the option to view and install the certificate, but this doesn't solve the problem...
