Software suggestions to run Outlook in real time across multiple PC's

Hi. We have previously been running three PC's all with XP. As our email is run on one computer we purchased the software OL Folders (Outlook synchronization | Exchange alternative, Outlook networks). This allowed each PC to run their own Outlook and to sync with the main email in real time without needing a server (hopefully I described that sufficiently).

Due to one of the XP's no longer working we have replaced it with a Windows 7 running Outlook 2010 and despite trying everything I cannot get OL Folders to work. Their support is hopeless, when they reply at all (and even then it doesn't make a lot of sense) - I get the feeling despite them saying it works with 2010/Win7, they have not entirely worked it out. Please note: the Win7 PC is the 'client' drawing the information from the XP.

So my question is... does anyone know of any other software out there that will do the same?

I looked at Microsoft Small Business Server, but it is too complicated and price prohibitive for what we need. It will need to be able to work across both XP and Windows 7.

I have also looked at MapiLab Groupware Server and think that may work??? http://www.mapilab.com/groupware/server/

Look at Public Sharefolder. Used to be Public Outlook. Another is 4Team ShareO or WorkgroupShare by Softalk.

I own a copy of WorkgroupShare:

WorkgroupShare provides your organization with the ability to share Outlook data, such as calendars, tasks, contacts, distribution lists, notes and email amongst its staff (users). In addition to sharing users’ personal folders with other members of staff it is possible, using WorkgroupShare, to define public shared folders, for example shared contact lists and holiday calendars, which may be made available to any members of staff.
The WorkgroupShare Administrator allows you to strictly define which data a particular user has access to through flexible access control lists.

Depending on the version of win7 you are running one option would be the free option of XP Mode from Microsoft, this consists of a fully functional virtual copy of XP running on win7. This is freely available if you have Win7 pro or above and would allow both the user and admin staff to continue with the proven system that works for you previously
