How do I re-size my browser permanently?

I desperately need some help with this issue. I re-installed Windows 7 64 bit on my Dell Inspiron 545s and I noticed a few graphic changes. I am aware about the "zoom" option in my browser, but that is not the case. I used to see everything aligned to the left side of the page without big gaps on the side (See image 2). Now, all the websites I visit are centered and smaller (See image 1). Let me know what you think might be the cause... Thanks!

What browser are you using and have you updated your graphics drivers? If you mean so it will fill your entire screen just click on the middle button in the top right hand corner and then just drag it until it fills the screen

Hey A Guy, thanks for the support! I am aware of that function but I don't think that's what it is. I came to a conclusion that I can live with the current circumstances Once again, thank you for your help!

Oh ok I see! Well once I zoomed using the Ctrl + function it did fill in the page but seemed to distort the page a bit. What did you mean about the center portion?

What do you mean by "seemed to distort the page a bit"?
To me your 2nd screen print looks ok proportionally.
Is the text to "fuzzy" or hard to read?
If that's the issue, turning on and adjusting ClearType text can help, if you haven't done this.
It's hard for me to be sure what the issue is looking at the screen print.

Yes exactly, the second screen represents how I used to have it before I re-installed the OS. For now, I will just zoom in on the webpages. It might just be me thinking it was different when in reality its the same haha. Thank you DavidW7ncus!

You're welcome, but I'm not sure I really helped you.
You should not have to repeatedly "zoom in on the webpages"...
If your zoom settings are not sticking (with any browser), that's an issue imho.
You can run a system file check to make sure you don't have system integrity problems.
