    I need help with firefox upgrade and a "XRE fuction" issue


    Hello all. This morning my Firefox auto-upgraded to v20.0. When I tried to start Firefox up I got a error message: "Could'nt load XRE functions" See screenshot

    I understand this to be similar to the XUL runner issue.

    I uninstalled FF again and tried to use revo to completly uninstall FF, but it was not listed.

    I use ZA Extreame security, and read that it may be the problem, but it never caused me problems before.

    Any help to get FF working would be greatly appreciated!

    PS- sorry for badf spelling, IE9 evidently has no built in spellcker!!

    I tried the web solutions i read about turning of my ZA browser virtualization, which solved the XRE function issue, leaving a new issue of not finding my profile, but i solved that and BAM FF works now!!

    Whew!!!

    I will report back shortly if the issue is solved!!

    OK, I restarted my PC and FF still works, and happily with the browser virtualization, set to on!!
