Ah...
The first icon I pinned was from an Open FF Window (in taskbar), that I opened from a Shortcut in my Toolbar. After I pinned the 2nd icon from the Start menu, the "Pin to taskbar" is no longer available in the Start menu. So, it seems you can only pin an item once from the same location (Start menu, Toolbar, ...) ??? Just guessing here, have to play with this more... |

It looks like it's some quirk when pinning from a toolbar...
I use my own toolbar rather than Quick Launch. I can pin as many times as I want from the toolbar... But after the 2nd icon is pinned, additional pins don't add a new icon to the taskbar... I then have to repeatedly unpin the 2nd icon as many times as I pinned it, to remove the 2nd icon... ![]() |

Thank you folks for all your suggestions. I know it can be done because I have two FF icons on my other W7 computer. I just don't remember how I did it.

I'm not sure how else to get 2 pinned FF Icons in the taskbar...
But I can recreate getting 2 FF pinned Icons using a toolbar... Maybe you could use this approach until you find an easier way? ![]() |

I figured out why my Google home page wasn't working.
It was a false Google home page. I reset Google to my home page again and it works as it should at the present time. I have ran many security scans and nothing was found. |

Has a Windows 7 update removed good features? I installed Windows 7 and have been generally impressed and pleased with the changes. I don't know about the technical aspects, so such things as the ability to 'snap' windows into certain sizes and the new task bar previews are the main focus of such positive comments. HOWEVER... Unless I... |
